At EdF we believe educational innovation starts with bold ideas. With the DreamApp Contest we want to unlock the potential of AI, Big Data, learning analytics and open standards across educational institutions.
We're looking for LTI app ideas that solve real problems: assessment and feedback, accessibility, student wellbeing, AI tutoring, progress dashboards, e-portfolios, virtual labs, and more.
The best ideas will be reviewed and the winning proposal will receive a free functional prototype built by EdF.
We are an EdTech company specialised in LTI 1.3 integrations, SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM. We design and build tools that connect securely to your LMS with a great user experience.
Select up to 4 finalists who will compete online for the prize in March 2026. The jury may reduce to 2 finalists if needed.
Scope: prototype (not a finished product). Extra integrations may be quoted separately.
To activate the dynamics of the events for the 2025/2026 academic year, Entornos de Formación SL is organising a contest to select the best APP idea for an educational institution. This is an open competition that seeks to activate the possibilities of new technologies—Big Data, AI, etc.—gathering ideas to be evaluated.
Select up to 4 finalist APPs that will compete online to obtain the prize in March 2026.
Participation starts with the form. EdF will contact finalists to activate a landing and a video for each finalist to promote on social channels. Finalists should promote their proposal as well.
The selected APP will be developed into a prototype so the team can use it free for one year. Usage is limited to the prototype functions of the selected APP.
Up to 4 finalists will be selected if there are enough proposals. The jury may reduce the number of finalists to 2.
EdF guarantees that contest data will be used internally, and only with explicit consent will finalist information be made public.
LTI is an open standard by 1EdTech that connects external tools to your LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard…). With LTI 1.3 you can launch the tool inside the LMS, share just-enough context and send grades back.
Members of educational institutions: faculty, innovation/eLearning teams, IT/CTO, and LMS administrators.
